The Kansas City Region of the Sports Car Club of America has been active since 1952, making it one of the oldest SCCA regions in the Midwest. With over 600 members, KCR SCCA hosts events throughout the racing season and partners with other SCCA regions.
In early 2019, KCR SCCA determined that their website – http://www.kcrscca.org – was not representing the Region’s activity and was out-of-date. They reached out to Sport Creative seeking help to breathe new life into the website in an effort to better engage the Region’s members, prioritizing vibrant images, current news, and upcoming events.
Working in the WordPress environment, Sport Creative installed a new theme, branded the site with a consistent color palette and typefaces, and selected plugins and widgets to best display content.
